Our refund and cancellation policy for services

1. Overview

At Brainiac Global Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT services and ensuring client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

2. Service-Specific Refund Policies

2.1 Software Development Services

For custom software development projects:

  • Refunds are available only if we fail to deliver agreed milestones as specified in the Service Agreement
  • If a project is cancelled before development begins, a full refund minus administrative costs (10%) will be issued
  • Once development has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on work completed
  • No refunds are available after project completion and delivery
2.2 IT Consulting Services

For consulting and advisory services:

  • Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation
  • Full refund available for cancellations made 48+ hours in advance
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 24-48 hours before the appointment
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment
2.3 Digital Marketing Services

For ongoing digital marketing services:

  • Monthly retainer services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice
  • Refunds for unused portions of the current billing cycle will be prorated
  • No refunds for services already rendered or campaigns already launched
2.4 Managed IT Services

For managed services and infrastructure support:

  • Services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice
  • Refunds for unused portions will be calculated on a prorated basis
  • No refunds for services already provided during the billing period

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a written refund request via email to contact@brainiacsolutions.org
  2. Include your project/service reference number and reason for refund
  3. We will review your request within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days
  5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services already completed and delivered
  • Third-party software licenses or subscriptions purchased on your behalf
  • Domain registrations and hosting fees
  • Training sessions already conducted
  • Change requests or additional work beyond original scope

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our service delivery, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues. We are committed to working with clients to find mutually acceptable solutions before processing refunds.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures.
